A lesson in Tamales making

I missed the first part but apparently you dilute the masa in water and then strain. To the strained masa you add salt and oil and cook, stirring till thick. It will end up looking like this.
Boil chicken to cook. Outdoor fire is best of course.
Blend together tomatoes, onion and sweet pepper. [...]
